I was glad, when they said to me: “Let us go to the house of the Lord. Our feet are standing within your gates, Jerusalem, the powerful city you have built and led. The tribes of the Lord are going there, according to an ordinance for Israel. For there are set thrones for judgment in the house of David. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, for peace within your walls. For my brothers' and companions' sake. Peace be to the house of the Lord, our God.
