Whosoever is stiff-necked will be destroyed, without remedy. Whosoever mixes with prostitutes squanders his wealth. A king gives stability to a country through justice – but whosoever levies many taxes tears it down. A man's arrogance will tear him down – the humble will receive honor. A ruler who listens to lies will have only godless servants.
